Location and Jurisdiction

Platform Access

This platform reserves the right to restrict access via personal privacy tools (VPN, proxy, anonymizer). pandar99 is not responsible for any issues arising from access through such methods.

2.1 Account Registration Requirements

• Each individual player may only open one account on this platform.
• All information provided when registering an account must be accurate and complete. Accounts opened with false information may be closed.
• If family members or people living in the same household share a bank account or payment method, this must be reported to pandar99 in advance to avoid complications.
• Account registration must be done by the account holder only. Opening an account on behalf of someone else is not allowed.

2.2 Account Security

• Keep your login username and password to yourself and do not share them with anyone else.
• If you suspect that someone has accessed your account without your knowledge, contact pandar99 customer service immediately.
• pandar99 is not responsible for any consequences resulting from a third party accessing your account.

2.3 Account Verification

pandar99 may request a copy of your national ID or verify your phone number to confirm your identity at the time of withdrawal or when necessary. Withdrawals may be put on hold for players who cannot complete verification.

3.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount — 20,000 Ks
• Deposit methods — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay
• Deposits are normally processed immediately and credited to your account right away.
• Manipulating deposit transactions (falsifying payment descriptions) may result in account suspension.

3.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount — 30,000 Ks
• Withdrawal processing time — normally completed within 10–45 minutes
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the deposit and through your own account only.
• Funds tied to bonuses that have not yet been credited or wagering requirements that have not been met cannot be withdrawn.
• If a withdrawal is put on hold, our customer service team will reach out to you.

4.1 First Deposit Bonus (Welcome Bonus)

• 150% bonus on your first deposit — up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks
• After the bonus is credited, you must complete a wagering requirement of 15x the bonus amount before you can withdraw.
• Example — deposit 20,000 Ks, receive a 30,000 Ks bonus, with a wagering requirement of 30,000 Ks × 15 = 450,000 Ks
• Example — deposit 140,000 Ks, receive the maximum bonus of 100,000 Ks, with a wagering requirement of 100,000 Ks × 15 = 1,500,000 Ks

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirements and conditions that may vary, so please read the terms for each one carefully.
• If a player attempts to claim bonuses fraudulently in order to create multiple accounts, pandar99 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the account.
• pandar99 may review whether gameplay mixing non-bonus funds with bonus funds affects wagering requirement completion.
• Bonuses and promotions cannot be combined — only one can be active at a time (unless pandar99 states otherwise).

5.1 Prohibited Gameplay

• Using bots or automation software
• Bonus hunting during casino bonus periods and then withdrawing
• Collusion — working together with others to exploit the platform
• Using another person's funds without their permission

5.2 Game Outcomes

Game results are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, and pandar99 does not control outcomes directly. If a game is interrupted due to a disconnection, only the result recorded by the system at that point will be considered valid.

pandar99 may temporarily suspend its service during technical maintenance, system upgrades, or other technical work, with or without prior notice. Any ongoing games affected during the suspension period will be resolved by referring to the system records.

7.2 Platform Rights

pandar99 may suspend or close the accounts of players who violate these terms, with or without prior warning. Games, bonus transactions, or payments found to be irregular may be reversed.
